HELP
Paying with Bitcoin is easy and fun. Simply use an App (Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, Cashapp) to purchase Bitcoin and then send it to the address provided at checkout. That's it!
We only accept Bitcoin. However, it's easy to use a credit card (or ask a friend) to purchase Bitcoin from an exchange. Then just send it to the address provided at checkout.
When you click "Pay with Bitcoin" an invoice is generated with the amount due (BTC) and the address where you need to send the Bitcoin. A QR code is also provided which can be scanned with a mobile device to streamline the process. Use a Bitcoin app of your choice to send the funds. Upon receipt of payment, we will email you a link to activate your account.
Bitcoin is a digital currency that enables people to make private and secure online payments without requiring financial intermediaries to process the transactions.
Each Bitcoin transaction requires a transaction fee which is a service charge paid to the third-party responsible for processing the transaction on the Bitcoin network.
When sending your payment, you choose your desired fee. The higher the fee, the faster the transaction will process.
Transaction Fees are not included on the invoice total and must be paid in addition to the amount shown on the invoice.
Partial payments (ie. paying the transaction fee out of the invoice total) will result in order delays as a separate transaction will need to be completed to settle the outstanding balance.
This error can occur from the following instances.
When you copy an address it may start with a "bitcoin:" prefix. This is an industry standard but unfortunately some exchanges/wallets do not follow that standard and will tell you that the address is invalid. In that case, please manually copy the address clicking the icon below the QR code on the invoice.
Alternatively, you may be using an exchange/wallet that does not support "Bitcoin bech32" addresses (bc1 prefix).
